Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology-focused site, following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly and with proper escalation.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior perimeter, parking areas, and common areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate incident and daily activity reports.
• Communicate clearly with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership to maintain a professional environment.
