Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Marketing or related field required.
• Approximately 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating events, meetings, or outreach campaigns.
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft and proofread Advancement content for newsletters, events, social media, and websites.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Communications for brand alignment and consistent messaging.
• Maintain engagement materials, event pages, and email distribution lists; manage inquiries.
• Track engagement metrics and assist with basic analytics and reports.
• Assist with outreach to alumni, parents, donors, and partners to strengthen engagement.
