• Strong Excel skills and data handling capabilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to document assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Performs quantity takeoffs from design drawings and across disciplines.
• Applies unit rates (cost and job hours) to quantities for estimates.
• Participates in review of design scope criteria and quantities with stakeholders.
• Supports overall estimate generation and consolidation under guidance.
