RISE Services LLC is seeking a compassionate Employment Specialist to support individuals with disabilities across Springfield, Fairfax, and Alexandria. This part-time, community-based role includes job development, outreach to employers, and hands-on coaching to help clients reach their employment goals.

You will work independently in the community, travel locally, and schedule visits around client needs. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong communication are preferred; the

• Bachelor’s degree required or related field experience.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities or barriers to employment.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Comfort approaching employers and building relationships.
• Ability to provide patient, individualized coaching.
• Proficiency with scheduling, communication, and documentation systems.
• Knowledge of employment resources or vocational rehabilitation helpful.
