Job summary

Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood, SC is seeking a Nurse Staff for the Emergency Care Center Resource Pool on the night shift (7pm-7am). This part-time position delivers professional nursing care to patients using the nursing process within SRH/ECC guidelines and collaborates with the ECC team to implement care plans.

The role requires coordinating care with other professionals, documenting findings, and serving as a resource for SRH nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Complete initial competencies including De-Escalation, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC within 12 months of hire.
• NIH Stroke certification within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients per the medical plan of care.
• Coordinate and delegate care with other professionals and ancillary personnel.
• Communicate findings to appropriate person(s).
• Serve as resource person for SRH/nursing personnel to resolve work related issues.
• Perform other duties as requested by Department Director, ECC Supervisor, or Lead/Charge Nurse.
