Job summary

Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood, SC is seeking a Nurse Staff for the Emergency Care Center. This full-time mid-shift role runs 1pm–1am and includes every other weekend, offering opportunities to coordinate patient care within a high-acuity environment.

You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and serve as a resource for colleagues while supporting SRH policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Associate of Nursing Degree required.
• Initial competencies including De-Escalation course, ACLS, PALS/ENPC, TNCC, NIMS 100 & 700, NIH Stroke certification within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Uses the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis, Implementation and Evaluation) to provide and document professional nursing care.
• Coordinates and delegates care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel.
• Communicates findings to appropriate person(s).
• Acts as a resource person for SRH ECC nursing staff to resolve work-related issues.

Education
