Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood, SC is seeking a Nurse Staff for the Emergency Care Center on the night shift (7pm-7am), full-time, including every other weekend. The role uses the Nursing Process to deliver patient care according to the plan of care and SRH policies.

The successful candidate will hold an Associate of Nursing degree and complete required certifications within 12 months of hire, with opportunities to coordinate care and serve as a resource for ECC staff.

Qualifications

• Associate of Nursing Degree required.
• ACLS, PALS/ENPC, TNCC, NIMS 100 & 700 to be completed within 12 months of hire.
• NIH Stroke certification within 12 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide and document professional nursing care per the medical plan of care.
• Coordinate and delegate care with/ to other professionals and staff.
• Communicate findings to appropriate person(s).
• Serve as a resource for SRH ECC nursing staff.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by leadership.

Full Time, 7pm-7am, to include every other weekend

Utilizing the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis, Implementation and Evaluation) provides and documents professional nursing care to patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, established SRH, ECC, and Nursing Policies, Procedures, & Protocols and Standards of Care. Coordinates and delegates the care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel. Communicates findings as indicated to appropriate person(s). Serve as a resource person for other SRH/nursing personnel to resolve work related issues. Perform any other job-related duties as requested by Department Director, Manager, ECC Supervisor, or Lead/Charge Nurse.

Job Qualifications:

• Associate of Nursing Degree required


• Complete initial competencies as defined (De-Escalation course, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, NIMS 100 &
  700), NIH Stroke certification all within 12 months of hire).
