Provides direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote patient- and family-centered care, educating on illness management, home care, and medication.
• Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while engaging in professional development.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with clear goals, coordinating with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness and safe practices.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (RN license required).
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with at least 2 years of experience.
• No supervisor experience necessary.
