Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a licensed RN to deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency department. You will perform assessments, plan, implement, and evaluate care within established standards while promoting patient- and family-centered care.

Responsibilities include developing and communicating comprehensive care plans with the care team, educating patients and families, participating in safety initiatives, and ensuring a safe, high-quality environment in a high-acuity

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Experience in emergency or critical care nursing is desirable.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work alertly and safely in a high-acuity environment.

Job description

This nursing position involves providing direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency department, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established standards. The role emphasizes promoting patient and family-centered care, educating patients on managing their health, and ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Collaboration with an interprofessional team and effective communication are essential to develop and document individualized care plans that address physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs.
