Allied Universal seeks an Elite Security Officer - Part Time for a Midland, TX shopping center. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with the flexibility to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform, enabling steady income and adaptable hours.

The position requires Texas Level III Armed Certification, 3+ years of security or 5+ years armed security, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. Pay rate is $25.00 per hour with evening/overnight availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or 5+ years of armed security experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Texas Level III Armed Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers and store personnel while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout retail areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or policy violations.
• Maintain armed post equipment and complete incident reports and logs.
