Job summary

Soliant is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in a resource-based autism program.

You will deliver direct services to five elementary students, collaborate with educators, develop IEPs, write progress notes, and provide family education. The role runs ASAP through June 4, 2027, with potential to transition to full-time.

This in-school position offers 16–21 hours per week in a collaborative team, emphasizing student-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP or eligibility for CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year).
• Licensure eligibility to practice as an SLP in the state.
• Experience with school-aged children; autism background preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs, conduct assessments, and track progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech and language services to elementary students in a resource classroom.
• Collaborate with special education staff to implement treatment strategies.
• Write documentation, progress notes, and contribute to IEP meetings.
• Provide family and staff education to promote consistent progress.
