Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students for the full school year. The role offers an 8-hour-per-week commitment and the option of onsite or virtual service delivery to suit your schedule.

You will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy, engage with teachers and families, and participate in IEP processes. This position values autonomy and balance, with consistent, part-time hours and flexible delivery.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP or eligible CFY/CCC for licensure.
• Experience with elementary students in a school setting.
• Knowledge of IEP processes and collaboration with families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary caseload.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to promote student success.
• Maintain accurate documentation per state guidelines.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to team discussions.
• Deliver therapy sessions, adapting for remote or onsite environments.
