Job summary

SUNY Niagara invites applications for a part-time Drafting Electrical Design & Drafting CADD Instructor to teach courses in the Drafting department within the Business and STEM division. Classes are held in person on SUNY Niagara’s campus in Sanborn, NY.

The instructor will teach and advise students, attend meetings, and participate in department activities. Remuneration is $1,008 per lecture hour or $903 per lab hour for teaching at least 3 credits in a semester; candidate must be able to

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Drafting is required.
• Two years of drafting experience is required.
• Desirable: Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering Technology.
• Desirable: Two years of AutoCAD and Electrical design experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses on campus.
• Track student attendance as needed.
• Report on student learning outcomes at the end of the semester.
• Report grades at the conclusion of the semester.
• Attend and participate in meetings as necessary.
