Job summary

Providence St. Joseph Health is seeking a part-time Chaplain to deliver spiritual care across inpatient, outpatient and community settings in Redmond, WA.

The role supports the mission of Providence PACE and works with a healthcare team to address the emotional and spiritual needs of elders and their families. The position requires a Master’s degree in Theology or related field, CPE units and certification within three years of hire.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Theology, Divinity, Spirituality, Pastoral Ministry or relevant religious studies accepted by chaplaincy boards.
• Four clinical pastoral education units are required.
• National Chaplain Certification within 3 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional spiritual care to inpatients, outpatients and community settings.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support the mission and values of Providence PACE.
• Support the spiritual, religious and emotional needs of patients and their families.
