Job summary

Providence PACE seeks a part-time chaplain to provide spiritual care across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. You will serve as a member of the healthcare team, ensuring compassionate care aligned with the mission and values of the Department of Spiritual Health Services.

The role supports Providence PACE, a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, helping elders live active, independent lives through clinics and home visits. 20 hours/week on weekdays.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Theology, Divinity, Spirituality, Pastoral Ministry or relevant religious studies similarly accepted in chaplaincy board certifying organizations or equivalent education/experience
• Four clinical pastoral education units
• National Chaplain Certification within 3 years of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and competent spiritual care ministry in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings within the healthcare team.
• Support the mission and values by implementing policies and procedures of Spiritual Health Services and the facility.

Schedule

The Chaplain provides professional and competent spiritual care ministry, and is responsible for serving the spiritual, religious, and emotional needs of others in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. As a member of the healthcare team, the chaplain is directly responsible for the implementation of the mission, values, polices, and procedures of the Department of Spiritual Health Services and the facility in which they serve.

Required Qualifications:
