Job summary

Providence Health & Services seeks a Chaplain for 20 hours per week, weekdays, day shift, to provide professional spiritual care across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Theology/Divinity/Pastoral Ministry or equivalent
• Four clinical pastoral education units required
• National Chaplain Certification within 3 years of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide professional spiritual care and support to inpatients, outpatients, and community settings.
• Serve as a member of the healthcare team and implement the mission and policies of the Department of Spiritual Health Services.
• Support elders through Providence PACE initiatives and community-based outreach.
• Assist in promoting the wellbeing and emotional comfort of patients and their families.
