Job summary

Providence PACE is seeking a part-time Chaplain to provide professional spiritual care across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings in the Renton/Kent area. The role requires travel to visit participants in Kent and surrounding areas, aligning with the mission of the Department of Spiritual Health Services.

You will work 20 hours per week on weekdays day shift, supporting elders in the community and integrating with the healthcare team to uphold Providence's values and care standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in theology or related field required.
• Completion of four clinical pastoral education units required.
• National Chaplain Certification within 3 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional spiritual care ministry in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
• Travel to visit participants in the Kent and surrounding areas.
• Support the mission and values of Providence's Department of Spiritual Health Services.
• Serve as part of the healthcare team to implement the facility's policies and procedures.

Education

Master's Degree in Theology, Divinity, Spirituality, Pastoral Ministry or relevant religious studies
