Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience with special needs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist students in small groups to reinforce reading and math.
• Support teachers with classroom exercises and assessments.
• Prepare instructional materials and strategies for individual needs.
• Maintain student records and monitor learning progress.
• Support classroom behavioral management and safety.
• Assist with parent communication to involve families.
