Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Must be 18+ years old and a US citizen, resident, or visa holder.
• Fluent in English; Spanish fluency preferred but not required.
• Interest in education and helping young children develop literacy and math skills.
• Demonstrates genuine care for children and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Administer tutoring sessions 1:1 or in small groups.
• Assist students to improve reading and math skills as guided by teachers.
• Maintain a weekly tutoring schedule during school hours.
• Communicate progress and student needs to Administrators and Teachers.
• Build positive relationships with students, families and colleagues.
• Ensure confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
