Job summary

ERM is hiring an Environmental Health and Safety Associate Manager to support a Bartlett, TN medical device manufacturing facility. This part-time 16 hours per week, 6-month limited-term role involves ensuring safety compliance and contributing to a health-focused work environment.

Renewal may be possible. Responsibilities include overseeing OSHA-related activities, developing safety and environmental programs, conducting audits, and delivering training to staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable science field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS policy and compliance.
• Strong organizational and training skills; proficiency with Microsoft Windows Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee occupational health and safety for facility personnel and programs; develop a safety management program and conduct training and inspections.
• Develop and maintain environmental management programs; monitor compliance with environmental legislation; conduct audits.
• Lead training material development and delivery, investigations, and compliance documentation; support site leadership on EHS needs.
