Job summary

ERM is hiring an Environmental Health and Safety Associate Manager (Field Based) to support a medical device facility in Redmond, WA. This is a full-time, limited-term role for 8 months with renewal potential.

Responsibilities include overseeing safety programs, audits, and training, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ISO14001 where applicable. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable science or equivalent experience.
• CSP, ASP, or CIH certification preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local health and safety laws.
• At least 5 years of EHS policy and compliance experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility health and safety for personnel.
• Develop and maintain an H&S management program and train employees.
• Evaluate deficiencies, write policies, and conduct audits.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hazmat laws.
• Oversee environmental matters and ISO14001 implementation.
• Provide training and support to management on EHS needs.
