Right At School is hiring an Educator to support local school districts patroning before- and after-school programs. You will organize daily activities, lead engaging curriculum, and ensure safety while fostering a love of learning across partner sites.

Sites include Ladue, Brentwood, Webster Groves, Bayless, Hancock, and Mehlville. Join a mission-driven team that emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and flexible support for local programs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor environment for safety, document attendance and incidents as required.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

We are Hiring at the following Right At School Program Locations:

• Ladue School District, 63141
• Brentwood School District, 63144
• Webster Groves School District, 63119
• Bayless School District, 63123
• Hancock School District, 63125
• Mehlville School Distrcit, 63125

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday split shift, 6:30AM-8:30AM and 2:30PM-6PM. Hours will vary by school location

PAY RANGE

$16-19 per hour (depending on education and experience)

START DATE

We are hiring for the 2026-2027 Fall School year beginning in August.

• Daily Program Meetings: Each day, review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss professional progress, encourage collaboration, and team accountability.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily Activities: Prepare activities and curriculum for the day, ensuring they align with the program’s objectives. Organize and lead structured daily fitness, activities, and curriculum; that are both educational and enjoyable for all ages.
• Leading by Example: Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring children are enjoying themselves while also meeting program goals. You will achieve this by modeling positive guidance and effective classroom management.
• Prioritize Safety and Joy: Monitor the environment, address potential hazards, and follow all safety protocols. These may include documenting attendance, incidents, and other observations.
• Communication: Effective communication with a varied audience, including children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

MO Requirements

• Ability to meet state-specific requirements;
• First Aid and CPR-in-person
• Cleared tuberculosis test
• 18+ years of age
• Proof of High School diploma/GED required
