Job summary

Pearson is seeking a part-time Learning Facilitator to deliver web-based and onsite product training to educators and school leaders. You will lead adult-based professional development, interpret assessment data, and adapt training materials to client needs while traveling during peak season.

The role requires strong communication, extensive PD delivery experience, and proficiency with educational tech. This position offers per-diem compensation and benefits such as accrued paid sick time.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in educational leadership, School Psychology, Special Education, or closely related field
• Bachelor’s degree with five years of admin/assessment experience in preK-12
• Experience delivering professional development to educators
• Experience with test administration and scoring of preK-12 measures
• Experience with aimswebPlus, DRA3, WriteToLearn, Review360, BASC-3 BESS, SSIS SEL, or Shaywitz DyslexiaScreen preferred
• Expertise in educational technologies and supporting teachers and students
• Ability to interpret normative and criterion-referenced student data

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructionally sound product training to customers (onsite and web-based)
• Collaborate with Pearson internal team on product releases and training revisions
• Plan and travel independently
• Address customer training needs and tailor sessions accordingly
