Job summary

Pearson is seeking a part-time Learning Facilitator to deliver web-based or onsite product training and professional development for educators. The role emphasizes MTSS/assessment implementation and data-based decision making, with travel during peak season (July–October).

The ideal candidate holds a master’s in an education-related field, plus experience in PD delivery and data interpretation. Pearson offers a per-diem arrangement and paid sick time.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a closely related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of admin/assessment experience in preK-12.
• Experience delivering professional development to educators in various formats.
• Test administration and scoring experience with preK-12 measures.
• Experience with aimswebPlus, DRA3, WriteToLearn, Review360, BASC-3 etc. preferred.
• Expertise in educational technologies and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructionally sound product training to customers onsite or web-based (60%).
• Collaborate with Pearson internal teams on product releases and training revisions (15%).
• Plan and travel independently (15%).
• Work with customers to understand training needs and tailor PD accordingly (10%).
