Northwest Health- La Porte Hospital is seeking a Part Time RN for the Emergency Department, offering 24 hours per week on day shifts. This role emphasizes patient-centered care, medication administration, and collaboration with physicians and the care team.

Formación

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role.
• RN license in good standing required.
• ACLS/PALS/BNLS certifications may be preferred depending on unit needs.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with organizational policies and the nursing process.
• Assesses patients and documents findings; reports changes to care team.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for adverse effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency.
• Educates patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge care.
• Maintains infection control and safety standards across units.
