Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care per the nursing process.
• Documents assessments and reports changes to the care team.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within trained competency.
• Develops and evaluates individualized care plans.
• Responds to emergencies including CPR and code team activities.
• Documents care and education in the medical record.
