Job summary

The Michaels Companies is hiring for an Early Morning Truck Unload and Stocking position in Shakopee, MN. This seasonal, part-time role runs from 5am to 1pm and focuses on delivering friendly customer service, stocking merchandise, and keeping the store presentable.

You will unload trucks, stock shelves, assist customers, and participate in planograms and store recovery while handling cash and participating in BOPIS/SFS processes.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift boxes.
• Willing to work early mornings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and stock merchandise according to store procedures.
• Assist customers and help them locate items.
• Ensure fast, friendly checkout and accurate cash handling.
• Support store recovery, planograms, and in-stock initiatives.
• Participate in omnichannel tasks like BOPIS/SFS.
