Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment in Massachusetts is seeking dedicated part-time staff to support early intervention for children birth to three. You will join enrichment groups, help plan activities, and engage children in age-appropriate learning through art, sensory play, and movement.

Responsibilities include setting up routines, assisting with snacks, and diapering as needed. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and join a team that values family-centered services.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in early childhood education preferred
• Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Participate in developmental enrichment groups with children birth to three years-old and their parents.
• Assist in the planning and development of curriculum/activities for group.
• Support children’s learning in group through engagement in activities such as art/sensory, gross motor, and free play.
• Assist with group routines such as the set-up/clean-up, snack preparation and toileting/diapering.
