Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. seeks part-time, fee-for-service pediatric social workers to support families with children birth to 3 with developmental delays or at risk.

You will provide home-based services, coach families, and collaborate with a trans-disciplinary team to plan and monitor outcomes. Qualifications include an MSW with LCSW/LICSW licensure eligibility, pediatric experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Office365 tools.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work; current licensure as an LCSW or LICSW
• Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Developmental Psychology or Educational Psychology or licensure as LMHC/LMFT or eligible for LMHC/LMFT
• Two years pediatric experience preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
• Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
