Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment in Framingham, Massachusetts is seeking candidates for developmental enrichment roles focusing on children from birth to three years old. The successful applicant will participate in enriching activities, assist in curriculum planning, and support children's learning through engagement in fun and educational activities.

This position requires at least a High School diploma and preferably prior experience in early childhood education. Competitive pay and excellent benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance are offered.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Previous experience in early childhood education preferred.
• Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Participate in developmental enrichment groups with children birth to three years-old and their parents.
• Assist in the planning and development of curriculum/activities for group.
• Support children’s learning in group through engagement in activities such as art/sensory, gross motor, and free play.
• Assist with group routines such as the set-up/clean-up, snack preparation and toileting/diapering.
