Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass health screening including TB test.
• Must pass fingerprint clearance prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Support in facilitating and monitoring the continual evaluation of each child’s progress.
• Support in facilitating direction, resources, and support to the program staff in planning, implementing, and evaluating program curriculum.
• Support in providing leadership and guidance to children, families, and staff.
• Support with the implementation of SJB Curriculum.
• Establish a climate of respect for each child’s individual personality, physical characteristics and traits, culture, language and ethnic characteristics, family structure, developmental needs and behaviors.
• Establish and maintain a positive relationship with each child’s parent and/or caregivers.
