Rowan is seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate for its Broadway Plaza location in Walnut Creek, CA. You will welcome ear-piercing clients and jewelry shoppers, educate them on Rowan services, and uphold a safe, celebratory environment in the studio.

The role requires weekend availability, retail or sales experience, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a high-growth team. Compensation includes $18–$20 per hour plus commission and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Familiarity with jewelry, ear piercing, or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet ear-piercing clients and jewelry shoppers.
• Educate customers on Rowan services and products.
• Support client needs and ensure a seamless experience.
• Improve store efficiency and processes for better service.
• Restock jewelry and piercing materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterility of the studio.
• Perform bi-weekly inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Manage technology and software systems.
• Contribute to a celebratory Rowan culture in the studio.
