• Growth Marketing: Experience running profitable Meta/Google ad campaigns and setting up email flows.
• Aesthetic Eye: Strong visual sense and interest in jewelry styling, layering, and lifestyle branding.

Responsibilities

• Shopify Store Optimization (D2C): Maintain product listings, collection pages, homepage banners, and basic SEO to maximize conversion rates and average order value.
• Faire Store Optimization (B2B): Maintain product listings, collection pages, homepage banners, and basic SEO to maximize conversion rates and average order value.
• Mobile & AI Content Creation: Shoot and edit mobile photos and vertical videos featuring jewelry styling, layering, and product launches using AI tools.
• Paid Ads Management: Launch, test, and optimize Meta and Google ad campaigns to drive profitable customer acquisition.
• Email Marketing & Retention: Build and manage automated email flows and send promotional newsletters to drive repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
• Instagram Growth: Create and execute a weekly Instagram content calendar focused on driving sales, flash deals, and brand engagement.
