Job summary

Whizz is seeking a Team Leader to manage and support our sales team for e-bike solutions in the U.S. You will train, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve ambitious targets while establishing Whizz in a brand-new market.

You will oversee sales, onboarding, coaching, and reporting, driving growth in a startup environment with strong leadership and collaborative teamwork. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Proven active sales experience (field, cold calling, B2B/B2C)
• Immigrant communities familiarity or connections
• Results-oriented, proactive, and open to learning from mistakes
• Startup environment adaptability
• Strong communication and leadership to motivate a team
• Experience running your own business is a plus
• Familiar with delivery or e-bike markets
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Sales: identify clients, present and sell e-bike solutions, meet weekly and monthly goals
• Onboarding & Training: deliver in-field training, mentor team members, and support growth
• Management & Coaching: oversee daily operations, create schedules, optimize sales processes
• Reporting: track sales performance, analyze data, and report to management
