Qualifikationen

• DSP, CNA, HHA or similar high-support experience preferred but not required.
• Strong reliability, judgment, communication, and ability to follow detailed protocols.
• Comfort with the specific support needs reviewed during screening.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements and complete required training.

Aufgaben

• Provide one-to-one supervision and safety monitoring.
• Provide behavioral, ADL, and personal care support as required.
• Follow individualized protocols within DSP scope and training.
• Support communication, routines, community participation, and independence.
• Use approved support strategies consistently and calmly.
• Recognize and promptly report changes in health, behavior, functioning, or safety.
• Respond appropriately to urgent concerns and follow emergency procedures.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and dependable communication with the care team.
