Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and acceptable motor vehicle record preferred.
• Must pass Pennsylvania Criminal Background Check and drug test.
• Possess or be able to acquire certification in First Aid and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Improve and respect the lives of individuals with disabilities.
• Assist in implementing individual plans and behavioral plan goals.
• Update individual case notes daily based on individual performance.
• Help individuals develop appropriate daily life skills.
• Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation and hygiene.
• Support individuals in recreational and social activities.
• Provide supervision during skill-building activities.
• Assist in establishing social networks.
