Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to pass criminal/registry background checks and a drug screen.
• Clear TB screening.
• Ability to pass CPR/First Aid and medication administration trainings.
• Basic computer skills required.

Aufgaben

• Assist adults with daily living activities and ensure safety during shifts.
• Administer medications and assist with transportation to appointments.
• Implement individual behavioral plans and help residents learn new skills.
• Document health and safety concerns accurately and communicate with the team.
• Engage residents in community outings and recreational activities.
