Job summary

AAA Driving School is seeking a part-time Driver Training Instructor to deliver behind-the-wheel instruction to students of varying ages, following AAA’s curriculum and training standards. This role includes using our software to track progress, assessing performance, and ensuring compliance with state requirements, with paid licensing and training and clear opportunities for growth and advancement.

Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 5 years of driving experience.
• Must obtain state-issued Driving School Instructor license after passing DMV physical exam.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver behind-the-wheel instruction to students of varying ages and experience levels.
• Use driving school software to track student progress.
• Assess student performance and provide personalized guidance.
• Stay current on safe driving practices and maintain required state documentation.
