Job summary

AAA Driving School in Ohio is hiring a Part-Time Driver Training Instructor to deliver behind-the-wheel instruction following our curriculum and to track student progress using our software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 5 years of driving experience.
• Must obtain state-issued Driving School Instructor license, including DMV physical exam.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver behind-the-wheel instruction following AAA’s curriculum and training standards.
• Use driving school software to track and manage student progress.
• Assess student performance and provide personalized guidance.
• Stay current on safe and defensive driving practices and maintain required state documentation.
