Position offers hourly pay of $24.50–$26.00, a 40-hour week including some weekend shifts, and a company vehicle with fuel and insurance covered. Paid licensing, training, and growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 5 years of driving experience.
• Must obtain state-issued Driving School Instructor license, including DMV physical exam.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver behind-the-wheel instruction to students, following curriculum and standards.
• Use driving school software to track student progress.
• Assess student performance and provide personalized guidance.
• Stay current on safe and defensive driving practices and maintain state documentation.
• Travel within a 50-mile radius; company vehicle with paid gas, maintenance, and insurance.
