Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Criminal histories considered per applicable laws.
• Drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor and control access points, verify credentials, process entries, and maintain access records.
• Observe inbound/outbound vehicle traffic and support delivery/shipment access procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly following site protocols and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity.
