Job summary

BioLife is seeking a part-time Phlebotomist in Onalaska, WI. Shifts run 4–6 hours daily, 3+ days per week, with paid, interactive training to get you started. The role emphasizes reliability and donor care, with evenings and weekend availability often required.

Daily duties include greeting donors, venipuncture, monitoring during donation, and assisting with plasmapheresis setup and operation. Prior customer-facing experience is helpful, and the team offers a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Ability to stand/walk for the shift; flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and operate plasmapheresis equipment within training scope.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage donor reactions.
• Assist with setup, verification, operation, and troubleshooting of plasmapheresis equipment.
• Coordinate donor flow and record donor information.
• Support center processes using approved procedures and Kaizen principles.
