Job summary

BioLife is seeking a part-time Phlebotomist in the USA - WI - Sheboygan area. The role offers flexible scheduling with 4 to 6 hour shifts across 3+ days per week, and a paid training program to start strong.

You will greet donors, perform venipuncture, monitor during donation, and manage plasmapheresis operations under the Plasma Center Manager. Evening/weekend availability is required, with a focus on reliability and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays work.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., occasional lifting up to 32 lbs., rarely 50 lbs.
• Must have depth perception and the ability to hear equipment from a distance.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and programming of plasmapheresis machine.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage donor reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines.
• Stock supplies and assist with disposal.
• Record donor measurements and enter data into the DIS.
• Coordinate donors to the donor floor and compensate donors using the Debit Card system.
• Identify operational improvements and support center processes including 5S and Kaizen.
