Responsibilities

• Assist with prospect identification, cultivation, solicitation preparation, stewardship activities, and donor communications.
• Coordinate the development of impact reports, gift acknowledgments, stewardship communications, and annual giving content.
• Plan and execute donor, alumni, and community events, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid experiences.
• Provide on-site event support and contribute to creating meaningful donor and alumni experiences that strengthen engagement with Ohio State Mansfield.
• Coordinate data collection, reporting, list generation, and information management using TAS and other university systems.
• Maintain operational calendars, project timelines, and task assignments to ensure initiatives are completed on schedule.
