Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; currently enrolled in a college/university program in a related field.
• Less than 1 year experience; marketing outreach or event leadership preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to work independently are required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and network to add blood drive opportunities.
• On-site recruitment at events; set up tables and assist with drives.
• Create social media outreach and content for community awareness.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to community groups.
• Develop relationships with community organizations and advocates.
• Coordinate with marketing/communications to support defined strategies.
