Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers, Inc. in Newnan, GA is seeking a part-time Retail Associate – Donor Door Greeter. You will greet donors, accept donations, and assist customers while using a handheld device to process records.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and 20–25 hours per week with shifts Monday through Sunday. Cross-training across store areas is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors quickly and provide excellent customer service.
• Receive donated goods from donors and process in-store.
• Provide receipts to donors and maintain donation records with a handheld device.
• Organize donations into bins to support accurate processing.
• Perform housekeeping and keep the work area neat and clean.
• Assist truck drivers with loading/unloading donations.
• Cross-train and work across all areas of the retail operation.
