Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers, Americus, GA, is seeking a Retail Associate – Donor Door Greeter. You will greet donors, process donations with a handheld device, and assist customers while delivering exceptional service.

This role offers part-time (20-25 hours per week) or full-time (32-40 hours) schedules, with flexible shifts Monday through Sunday. Training across retail operations is provided, and prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• High School/GED or better.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors quickly and provide excellent customer service.
• Receive donated goods from donors by unloading vehicles and carrying in items.
• Provide receipts to donors and maintain donation records using a handheld device.
• Organize donations into bins to assist with accurate processing.
• Perform general housekeeping duties and keep the work area neat and clean.
• Assist truck drivers with loading and unloading donations.
• Work in other areas of the store as requested by leadership.
