Job summary

Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch in Minot, ND, is seeking a Part-time Sorter to help sort donations and prepare saleable items for resale at the Minot Warehouse (6301 19th Ave NW). The role is 25-28 hours per week with a focus on accuracy, organization, and efficiency while supporting the Ranch’s mission to help children and families.

You will record daily inventory, box and label goods, and assist in housekeeping and merchandise movement.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Knowledgeable of styles and trends and have the ability to identify saleable merchandise.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift, stoop, bend, and twist.

Responsibilities

• Sort donations to identify saleable merchandise.
• Record daily inventory of goods prepared for resale.
• Place saleable goods into boxes for storage, labeled appropriately.
• Maintain or exceed production guidelines.
• Help maintain a clean and orderly environment.
• Assist in moving merchandise and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Empty garbage, recycle, and break down cardboard boxes.
