Job summary

Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch in Minot seeks a Part-time Sorter to help sort donations and prep items for resale. This role is based at the Minot Warehouse, working 25-28 hours per week, with responsibilities including inventory recording, labeling, and ensuring a clean, organized workspace.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, able to stand/walk for extended periods, and capable of lifting and bending as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be organized and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of styles and trends and ability to identify saleable merchandise.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift, stoop, bend, and twist.

Responsibilities

• Sort donations to identify saleable merchandise.
• Record daily inventory of goods prepared for resale.
• Place saleable goods into boxes for storage, labeled appropriately.
• Maintain or exceed production guidelines.
• Help maintain a clean and orderly environment.
• Assist in moving merchandise and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Empty garbage, recycle, and break down cardboard boxes.
