Job summary

Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia is hiring a part-time ReStore Associate to support daily operations, assist donors and customers, and maintain a welcoming showroom and front desk. You will help unload donations, price items, and guide customers through purchases with a friendly, professional approach. Prior experience is not required.

A high school diploma or GED is expected, along with strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• No experience required; strong interpersonal skills are valued.
• Professional appearance and ambassadorial conduct for Habitat brand.
• Ability to communicate with diverse individuals and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Assist with unloading donations and stocking showroom floor.
• Greet customers and assist through the purchase process; provide receipts.
• Answer phones and direct customers to the correct area; upsell as needed.
• Assist with loading/unloading merchandise and recycling efforts.
